SALAMANDER

BLUEVOLUTION 92

BluEvolution 92

Due to its outstanding heat insulation and energy efficiency this profile is dedicated for construction of ultra-low energy buildings. Six-chamber design, installation depth of 92 mm, triple gasket, as well as attractive design of the profile (118mm profile sightlines) guarantees unmatched protection against moisture, noise and heat loss.

 

Class and confidence

The BluEvolution 92 profile is classified in accordance with PN-EN 12608 to the top category of profiles: class A that offers thickness of the external walls of profile not less than 2.8 mm. Class A profiles make window frames and sashes more resistant to deformations and bending, even for large sizes.

 

Passive uPVC windows

BluEvolution 92 has been designed to cut heat losses and increase insulation of a building. The heat transfer coefficient of the BluEvolution 92 profile is Uf=1.0 W/m2K.  This is possible due to the installation depth of 92 mm, six-chamber design of the profile, combination of triple gasket system and an option to use glazing units of up to 60mm thickness.

 

Protection of the environment

The BluEvolution 92 system is perfect for anyone who pays attention to the condition of our environment. Thanks to its technical performance, the profile significantly contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions, and its high quality plastic is recyclable when the lifespan of the profile expires.

 

BLUEVOLUTION 92 WINDOW WITH A QUADRUPLE GLAZING UNIT

This profile is dedicated for the most demanding customers, as its heat transfer coefficient is as low as Ug = 0.4 W/m2*K. This solution enables outstanding cost-efficiency throughout the entire year, regardless of the weather – during summer period it will prevent the interior from the build-up of excess heat, while in the winter it will reduce heat loss. Aluplast Ideal 8000

Low heat transfer coefficient has been achieved through the use of 85 mm, six-chamber profile supported by thermally insulated glazed unit. High-quality triple sealing protects against heat loss and noise. ID 8000 increased glazing rebate allows energy-efficient triple-glazed unit of up to 51mm to be used. Additionally double thick glazing reduces the heat permeability of the window.

 

Durable, non-deforming window profiles

Addition of internal, high resistance EPDM rubber seal creates dry chamber – space between frame and sash that occurs when window is closed within which hardware operates. Dry chamber increases  durability of hardware offering protection against outside moisture. Solid steel reinforcements mounted in sufficiently large chambers guarantee optimum statics of windows including large-size constructions.

VEKA

SOFTLINE 82 MD

The highest level of thermal insulation makes Veka Softline 82 MD a perfect solution for energy-efficient and passive buildings.

 

VEKA UPVC WINDOWS - CLASS A PROFILES

All VEKA window profiles are classified according to PN-EN 12608 norm as the highest Class A. This classification confirms the thickness of the outer wall of the profiles of 3 mm (with a tolerance of 0.2 mm). Class A profiles perfectly protect against heat loss and noise and also increase the stability and durability of windows. According to the studies class A profile corners are 10-20% more resistant to damage.

 

ENERGY-EFFICIENT WINDOWS FOR PASSIVE HOUSES

Excellent thermal insulation performance has been achieved through the use of 7-chambers, 82mm installation depth of profile. Thickness of profile walls is impressive 3mm. Heat transfer coefficient for the profile is rated at 1.0 W/m2*K, thermal insulation for the whole window can be increased to Uw = 0.85W/m2*K when the thickest available triple-glazed unit and a triple gasket made of high quality EPDM is used. Veka Softline 82 MD windows can be successfully used in passive buildings.

 

Triple-glazed windows

Triple-glazed, deep mounted unit provides efficient thermal and sound insulation. Despite high energy-efficiency parameters the lowered frame profile ensures optimum illumination of the room.

 

Solidity and security

Galvanized steel reinforcements with a thickness of 1.5-3 mm provide excellent stability of the windows and protection against burglary. High quality window hardware and deep mounting of glazing unit ensures that windows are extremely robust and resistant to weather and mechanical damage.

The S 9000 is a versatile, state-of-the-art system for windows, doors, and lift-slide doors, with a choice of two or three sealing levels.

 

Optimised heat insulation

Developing a system with the best heat insulation properties does not happen by accident, but rather as a result of focused development work. Our success proves us right. Numerous calculations have produced outstanding heat insulation values. Right from the beginning, the goal of development was to achieve a heat insulation value of Uf – 0.92 W/m²K for the standard combination with steel, making the system suitable for use in passive houses. This was accomplished through the sum of the innovative system design details.

 

Enhanced statics thanks to STV®
static dry glazing

The STV® static dry glazing technology developed by GEALAN involves bonding the glass and sash profile using an adhesive tape designed specifically for building windows while still being able to pack the glass as usual. Bonding the pane with the sash profile transfers the stiffness of the glass pane to the sash and makes the entire system more intrinsically stable. This means that standard elements can be produced entirely without any steel. Combining STV® and steel in the sash permits particularly large window elements.
